With over 15 years of medical experience, Karena brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and passion to the field of medical aesthetics. She began her journey in healthcare by earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Technological University in 2010. She then honed her expertise in critical care, working in the Medical-Surgical ICU and Cardiovascular ICU at Cookeville Regional Medical Center before advancing her training at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga, where she earned her Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia and became a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in 2017.
Karena’s background in anesthesia gives her a deep understanding of facial anatomy, precision in needle placement, medication dosing, and patient safety—all of which are essential for delivering exceptional results in medical aesthetics. She has undergone extensive training in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRF treatments, and medical-grade skincare to provide the most advanced aesthetic solutions to her clients.
